| RE: Error 7 Could be a temporary network issue. If it persists, check that your firewall (or some other security type of software) doesn't block Device Doctor from connecting to the internet, but not sure about that one - that should throw in another error: 'This application requires an internet connection. Would you like to export ...and so on'. |

(click on 'Download Now' left hand side of page) Have you checked your firewall isn’t blocking DD database? You could also try updating your modem firmware. Have you tried rebooting the modem? Have you cleaned out your system registry recently? if not download ccleaner and run a registry scan. Plenty there to be going on with It may help us to shed more light of the possible causes if you can post your system info in your next post. Let us know how you get on. Kev |
